Pokemon Moon Silver is the Soul Silver counterpart to Pokemon Sun Gold — both created by Quan Giang as expansions of Drayano's Storm Silver. Like Sun Gold, it adds the Fairy type, new moves, type balance changes, and Pokémon stat revisions on top of Storm Silver's already excellent foundation.
