Pokémon Blue's Extreme Randomizer throws out the rulebook on typings, evolutions, and move assignments while randomizing all encounters. Gym Leaders built around a type theme become wild cards — Misty might have a team of Fire-types that used to be Water Pokémon. Your rival's Eevee evolves into something unrecognizable, and nothing on any trainer's team behaves as expected.

Blue extreme mode is best for players who've already exhausted normal Red and Blue randomizers and want a deeper level of chaos — type matchups stop being reliable, and every battle requires real improvisation. Your rival's Eevee evolution is fully randomized, so you won't face any of the three standard Eeveelutions.
