Pokémon Crystal is the definitive Gen 2 experience — Suicune's storyline, the Battle Tower, and the first female trainer option in the series. This randomizer shuffles all 251 Pokémon across wild encounters and trainer rosters while preserving Crystal's unique story beats. The most feature-complete Gen 2 base for a normal randomizer run.

Crystal adds the Battle Tower post-game, extending the randomized experience past the Elite Four with increasingly difficult randomized opponents. The Suicune storyline plays out with whatever randomized Pokémon you've built your team around — and Suicune itself is randomized, so the climactic legendary encounter is genuinely unpredictable.
