Pokémon Resolute is Wind1158's Emerald-based sequel to Victory Fire, continuing the story in a new region with plot threads connecting back to N and the Pokémon liberation arc from Black and White. This randomized version shuffles encounters across Resolute's original region while the sequel narrative unfolds. Playing alongside the Victory Fire randomizer gives each hack a different cast of Pokémon.
